Hello, We are a tech support company that will be conducting focus group interviews. We will be conducting the focus group interviews next week (Aug 25-28). We will pay $25 for each participant. There will also be snacks and a gift provided. The total time will be 30-60 minutes. This is not a sales presentation. We are looking for people that use tech support, people that have never used tech support and anyone in between. In short, if you have a computer in your home or work, you are eligible, whether you have ever called tech support or not. We will be setting appointments from 9 am - 7 pm.
